Nizhonigo Iina(2023 - 2024)
This collaboration with STAR schools allows for us to digitize the medical resources, traditional healing practices and environmental awareness that are typically passed down by word of mouth in the Navajo Community. We’re making education interactive through gamification to understand core practices like peacemaking and deliberate UI/UX design aligning with Navajo values.
GlobalSurgBox (2023-2024)
In collaboration with GlobalSurgBox, this project aims to provide an efficient and effective way to communicate feedback and knowledge on surgical techniques for students in a remote learning environment.
The solution entails a website portal through which mentees can upload their practice videos and mentors can provide specific feedback to address students’ learning goals.
Curriculum Website (2024-2025)
As an extension of the Akafuba app in collaboration with Rose Academies, the curriculum website provides a tool to create disease-specific curriculums to be deployed in underserved communities to spread awareness and education regarding the disease.
Through these implementations, we hope that these custom curricula can significantly improve information access and education.
